Taking advantage of the knowledge acquired through his 17 years of experience providing assistance to dairy factories and noting the existence of a gap in the national market - this is the story of a businessman and a project whose path has been consolidated, foot on foot, always in the logic of pursuing a dream. Honesty and a willingness to roll up your sleeves did the rest.

Today, after almost 30 years of hard work, Álvaro dos Santos, Lda. is made up of a team of ten employees, united for any challenge. Making the dairy industry its main focus (but being able to meet the needs of the entire food universe), from small cheesemakers to large factories, it has the confidence of the largest dairy companies in Portugal.

Characterized by its experience, quality and the uniqueness of its finishes, as well as the profitability factor, for several years the machines developed by Álvaro dos Santos, Lda. deserve the preference of an important Spanish partner - SIVE Fluid Systems, which manufactures in its facilities 100% of its equipment. More specifically, the company from Viseu executes the projects conceived, and subsequently marketed by this company, which is present throughout the world.
In addition to the potential created in this partnership, it should be noted that Álvaro dos Santos, Lda. also provides locksmith services, as well as the manufacture of its own equipment, such as presses, curdling vats, washing and painting cheese machines, cheese salting, etc.
